Pakisauridae is a proposed family of titanosaurian sauropods known from the very end of the Cretaceous, roughly 70 to 66 million years ago, based on fossils recovered from the Vitakri Formation of Balochistan, Pakistan. Diagnostic features cited for the group include straight to slightly recurved slender teeth of fairly even thickness, tail vertebrae with forward-shifted neural arches, a single (not forked) neural spine, and a broad sacrum and pelvis -- traits shared broadly with titanosaurs but combined in a pattern its describers argued justified a separate family alongside the similarly regional Balochisauridae.
The proposed type genus is Pakisaurus, alongside Khetranisaurus and Sulaimanisaurus, all named from fragmentary skeletal material. It's worth noting that Pakisauridae has not seen wide acceptance in the broader paleontological literature, and many researchers treat these Pakistani titanosaur remains as part of the much larger and better-established Titanosauria without recognizing a distinct family; the group is included here as a documented taxonomic proposal rather than settled consensus. Regardless of its formal status, the underlying fossils represent some of the only titanosaur material known from the Indian subcontinent's collision zone with Asia in the very latest Cretaceous.
